Sector Notes
Sector notes capture sector-specific interpretation without making sectors the organizing principle of the site. Start from the same reader problems and evidence needs, then add sector context where it changes sufficiency, vocabulary, retention, or assurance expectations.

Guardrail
Do not create sector-specific pages unless there is enough real content to help the reader make decisions. Otherwise, keep sector notes short and link back to the general guidance, evidence, and standards pages.
